This program aims to recognize and reward installation service providers that meet the industry’s highest standards in quality, professional expertise and customer service. It delivers reliable credibility safeguards for residential end-users to select professional installation teams, while fully empowering our partners to achieve sustained business growth and expansion by leveraging the technological and brand strengths of HiTHIUM ARKVOLT residential energy storage systems.
We operate a comprehensive tiered certification and management system to ensure all installers participating in the program complete official professional technical training and qualification assessments administered by HiTHIUM ARKVOLT, and fully comply with the Construction & Service Specifications. For higher-tier partners, we offer an extensive suite of exclusive benefits and all-round empowerment support based on their outstanding multi-dimensional performance metrics, including product installation volume, exceptional customer satisfaction and depth of market development.

Registered Installer
Completed official HiTHIUM training (in-person or online): Successfully completed the official HiTHIUM technical training program. Demonstrated compliance with local safety standards: Provide valid evidence of relevant professional licenses, registrations or certifications (e.g., MCS, NICEIC, InstallQ (Netherlands),Elektroinstallateur certification (DACH region), or equivalent local credentials).
Accredited Partner
Completed official HiTHIUM training (in-person or online): Successfully completed the official HiTHIUM technical training program. Minimum of 100 HiTHIUM installations in the past 12 months. At least 12 months' trading history: The business has been actively operating in the renewable energy or electrical services sector for over one year. Actively promotes HiTHIUM brand: Commits to representing the HiTHIUM brand in local marketing and sales activities.
Premier Elite Partner
500+ verified installations and 2+ years trading: Significant project experience and a proven, established business operation. Regional coverage & financial stability: Demonstrates the capability to serve customers across a wide geographic area with a stable financial standing. Invitation Only / Exclusive Support: The highest tier, typically granted to top-performing partners or by special invitation, offering dedicated customer support.
